all return products must be correctly packaged to ensure that no damage occurs during transportation, in the case that a customer does not follow the recommended guide lines and the product is damaged further during transportation the refund will no longer be valid.

when returning the product be use appropriate packaging (bubble wrap, shredded paper etc.) please include proof of purchase.
